Also contained in this new photograph release seems to be a site plan for the Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier purchased a more modest island - Little St James - back in 1998, but later purchased the larger Great St James in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
This visual evidence suggest he had created ambitious plans to develop the sprawling island by erecting homes, an amphitheatre, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.
Visible on the blueprint is a local waterway, a strait in the territory, noted on the south-eastern section.
The site plan is covered in handwritten red notes and includes a legend identifying various areas of the estate.
Alongside this are what seem to be nine other construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, such as layouts for dock shelters.
