Anthony Joshua is set to fight Jake Paul in an eight round match which will be streamed live on the streaming platform.
British boxer Anthony Joshua stated he will "overwhelm entirely" the American and "break" the American as the two fighters came face-to-face to build hype for the upcoming boxing match.
Former twice world heavyweight champion Joshua battles YouTuber-turned-boxer Jake Paul - in what is, on paper, a massive disparity - at Miami's arena on 19 December.
Fighter's Mindset
"I'm going to damage his features and break his body up. I aim to demonstrate I'm the better fighter," the British boxer, 35 years old, declared.
"I will dominate him completely. That's how fighters think.
"I intend to really want to injure him. That's my intention."
Respectful Exchange
Despite such comments, a calm Anthony Joshua and internet personality Paul - typically known for his dramatics - were respectful and remained civil with each other.
Paul rather targeted ex Joshua's opponent Francis Ngannou and labeled him "ridiculous" after Ngannou declined a bout proposal.
Taking Aim at Fury
Anthony Joshua, meanwhile, took aim at British opponent Tyson Fury - and declined a £1m bet 'The Gypsy King' says he will place on a Paul victory.
"[Paul] outshines Fury - he's present here," the boxer said.
"I acknowledge that."
Serious Fighter
In spite of saying he intends to punish Paul, Joshua declined to speak negatively about his opponent's fighting skills.
"Jake is a serious fighter," he remarked.
Jake Paul's History
Paul - who first rose to fame on the television network - has primarily boxed mixed martial artists or past-their-prime fighters since becoming pro.
He was defeated by Briton Tommy Fury in 2023.
Commercial Success
However, the inexperienced fighter is still one of the sport's greatest commercial attractions, regularly earning huge earnings.
Prediction and Confidence
The 28-year-old forecast a KO victory in round four or five and stated he would prevent the long-awaited match between Joshua and Fury, which is reportedly being planned for 2026.
"It's going to be my match with Fury in the coming year," Jake Paul stated.
Size Difference
As the two fighters engaged in the customary confrontation, with their height and weight contrast evident, it drove home just how unlikely this entire matchup is - and how remarkable it is that the match is truly happening.
